Introduction
This machine is a blade moving PCB depaneling machine, manual loading the PCBs and automatic separating. It's a easy PCB separator, small volume, easy operation, and fast speed.
Features
1, After the entire PCB is soldered, if not separated well will damage the circuit board and the components. The machine controls the force stress in the range of 500-800 μm, which prevent solder cracks and part breaks, and improve production.
2, This machine adopts the upper circular blade and lower straight balde combined working. After the V-cut of PCB manual insert into the straight blade, press the foot switch lightly, the upper round knife moves horizontally to the setted fixed point to finished the separating.
3, The machine use PLC control, with technical functions, precise positioning, strong stability, there are two options cutting distance, 400mm and 600mm.
4, The upper and lower blades are made of HKD11 Japan brand high-speed steel, which can be sharpen many times and repeatedly use.
5, Traveling distance, 0-400MM / 600MM (others can be customized), the height of upper circular blade can be adjusted range at 0-5mm, suitable for various thicknesses PCB, solving the problem of different depths of V-cut grooves of PCB boards.
6, Maximum cutting board width: unlimited (single-piece PCB board size: 1mm-200mm is best, the entire PCB width is 250mm)
7, The operating platform can be adjusted up and low, and can be customized according to the height of the PCB board components. The standard machine is suitable for PCB boards with components height less than 32MM (PCB boards with other component heights can be customized)
8, The machine equipped with light curtain safety device and the knife protection double safety protection, also built-in buzzer, alarm for illegal operation, and can be equipped with the optional acrylic protective cover to avoid employee injuries under customer's requirement.
